Working with architects Union North, Urban Splash have created 186 new homes out of three 1960’s tower blocks, situated in the Irk Valley in East Manchester.

Named after the Pankhurst family, Emmeline, Christabel and Sylvia and are available to purchase in full or through the First Time Buyers’ Initiative.

    These were ’60′s blocks which the architects have inherited and had to work with. My sense is what they have achieved is far more engaging and humane in terms of materials and landscape than what existed.
