A new cafe for the promenade in Morecambe which uses a striking stainless steel strip to wrap the volume of the space and frame views of Morecambe Bay and the Lake District. The pavilion is raised on a series of stepped terraces which provide sheltered external space as well as raising the building above the level of the sea-wall.
